OFF-SITE WELDING & FABRICATION
With our fully equipped van we can complete almost any weld repair out in the field. Fitted with a diesel generator and separate wire feed unit and 25 meters of leads we can take on pretty much anything whether the repair requires MMA or MIG welding. For any job needing the workshop we have a 16 foot 3.5 ton Ifor Willaims trailer to collect and deliver small machines or attachements

We at TranZweld Plant Ltd are specialists in repairing and refurbishing attachments weather it be a 1 ton digging bucket to 280 ton machine shears. We can build up worn areas, fit or flip new teeth, profile new weld in teeth and prolong all of these repairs with hardfacing to ensure your equipment remains as operational for as long as possible. These can either be done on site or in our workshop

We have the ability to carry out MIG, TIG and MMA welding processes and are coded in MIG for Carbon Steel and Tig for Stainless and Aluminium.
